#3 Sunscreen

This is probably one of the most overlooked items in skin care. In the Summer, it's easy to remember the sunblock as you enjoy a day at the beach but the rest of the year, sunscreen takes up residence in the medicine cabinet. Sunscreen is important even if it's cloudy outside, it keeps skin young, healthy and beautiful.
