REDUCE WATER RETENTION


Your body retains water not because it has excess, but because of lack of water. When dehydrated, the body goes into "survival mode" and begins to retain water.

In order to reduce or relieve the water retention, drink LOTS of water to tell your body that the "draught" is over. Feed your cells with foods that are rich in water content, vitamins and minerals. Here is a good combo to relieve water retention:

JUICE RECIPE:
- 4 ribs of celery
- 1 cucumber
- ¼ lemon
